What information do we collect about you?

Personally Identifiable Information

You can browse most portions of our Site without revealing any Personally Identifiable Information. If you want to register, place an order, and/or download some of our more exclusive materials, you will be required to provide Personally Identifiable Information (such as first and last name, address, email address, and telephone number) to be shared with us for the purpose of contacting you, including via email, to assist with registration and/or ordering. In such event, we might maintain a record of your contact, including such Personally Identifiable Information, in a file specific to you. We use this information to provide better service in the event that you contact us again.

If you choose to shop online as a Customer, or to download exclusive content via the Site, we will collect Personally Identifiable Information (such as first and last name, address, email address, and telephone number). In the case of shopping, your email address is required for billing information, credit card, and other transaction information. We use this information to deliver your order, process payment, and to communicate with you about the status of your order.

We use PayPal and Stripe for purchases on our site and thus, credit card information is not collected, stored or retained on our Site (online and offline).

From time to time, you may voluntarily provide Personally Identifiable Information to complete surveys and questionnaires or to participate in user polls. We use this information to improve our services. We may also use your Personally Identifiable Information to provide you newsletters or promotions from time to time. We may use your e-mail address to send different types of e-mail messages to you. For example, if you've purchased from us before or you have registered your email with us:

Aggregate Information

Aggregate information is information such as Internet Protocol ("IP") address (a number automatically assigned to your computer whenever you surf the web), your operating system and browser type, and any search terms that you enter. Our web server aggregates this information in order to monitor the level of activity, evaluate its effectiveness, and improve our content in order to make your visit an easy and enjoyable experience.

Please note that any aggregate information we choose to use does not personally identify you. We do not correlate any Personally Identifiable Information with the Aggregate Information that we collect.

Do we use cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. They are used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. Squarespace, Paypal AND STRIPE

We do not store any customer credit or debit card information. This data is all stored securely by our payment providers PayPal and Stripe. Details of PayPal’s privacy policy can be read on the PayPal website. Details of Stripe’s privacy policy can be found on the Stripe website.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace's data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. The data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.

Third-Party Services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

We use Calendly to process registrations and payment. For Calendly’s payment policies, please see their respective site for their policies. In addition, Calendly automates a Zoom invitation and therefore, potentially requiring sharing of information such as email addresses.

Children's Privacy Protection

We take care to protect the privacy needs of children and encourage parents to be an active participant in their child's online activities. Information on our Site does not target and is not intended for children under the age of 18. We will not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from them.

Any training and motivational speeches provided to schools is not disclosed on this website and is made directly with the requesting school.
