All Healing Starts With Listening

I speak as only a human can.
I write from whatever flows.
I facilitate to touch hearts.
I narrate with the warmth of a human voice.
I sing to bring about some joy.
The most beautiful thing in the world is to be human. We are not here to live in fear but to embrace the magic of being fully human!

“Life naturally expresses itself through you, if you allow it to. 99% of us don’t!” ~ Gab Ciminelli

Gab Ciminelli

Gab Ciminelli is an author, speaker, facilitator, narrator, emcee, and executive coach known for his unconventional approach to personal development and philosophy. Despite numerous awards for leadership and employee of the year, he left the corporate world in 2022 and founded the founder of the Global Human Wellbeing Academy where he offers multiple online and offline courses in soft skills , communication, and mental wellbeing.

He has spent over 20 years living in Asia, particularly Japan, exploring meditation, philosophy, and the search for meaning only to find that the search was exactly what was preventing life from expressing itself. He puts to rest the idea of pursuing beliefs, philosophies, enlightenment, heaven, religion, love, compassion, silence, and non-duality, stating that the pursuing of these prevent the beauty of life that is already screaming at you to be expressed (but does not condone anyone on a spiritual journey, nor does he judge others on their own realization).

“99% of us live life in reaction”, which Gab describes as a robotic/programmed response to life. “But that 1% is where all the magic is and all of us have the ability to use more of it. We just need to adjust the ratio”.

In 2025, Gab’s work on the Art of Nothing and the Healing Power of Silence enabled his life to pull him into the world of singing and music.

“I hated the sound of my own voice. But other people started to tell me they loved it and that got me thinking. When I was a child, I used to dream of singing on stage. Where did that dream go?”

Singing and performing was also the dream of his late mother, who was denied the chance as a young girl growing up.

“My mother and I share the same dream, except that she was denied her dream. So I’m doing this for the both of us because I always feel her when I sing, even though she is no longer physically in the world.”

His background includes:

  • Narrator, Author, Voice Artist, and Motivational Speaker: Gab uses his voice and writing to inspire others, focusing on the power of human connection and the importance of questioning established beliefs.

  • Coaching and Facilitation: He is a certified executive coach (Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching®) and has been recognized as a Top 10 Thought Leader on Mental Health and a Top 25 Thought Leader in Health and Wellness by Thinkers360.

  • Philosophy and Writing: Gab’s work challenges conventional spiritual and self-help narratives. He emphasizes dismantling belief systems, practices and habits, and encourages deep questioning of the self, consciousness, and spiritual growth. His books and podcasts (including "Happy as Hell Podcast" and "Life Beyond Illusion") focus on themes of silence, the illusion of mind, and the futility of chasing enlightenment or purpose.

  • Personal Journey: After personal loss and profound experiences, Gab disconnected himself from organized religion, philosophy, and the pursuit of enlightenment, instead advocating for a direct, less filtered experience of life and the "magic of humanness".

  • Languages: He is fluent in Italian and English and also speaks Japanese.

“What I have found for sure is that life is constantly changing, and I mean CONSTANTLY. We try to pinpoint it by living in nowness and trying all of these life hacks but it’s just not possible to ever touch it. You need to somehow allow it, and that is only done when you start getting yourself out of the way.”

In his philosophy and in The Healing Power of Silence, Gab frames silence not as a practice to be achieved through meditation or mindfulness, but as a natural state that emerges when one stops imposing learned theories and expectations on life. He encourages questioning the very need for techniques, suggesting that true silence is “not a void but rather a tremendous energy that spontaneously emerges” when we move beyond reaction and the compulsion to control or fix ourselves
